How long does shipping take?

* Temporary: Due to the recent demand of Valentine's Day orders, the delivery window is extended 1 additional week from 2/14 through the 2/28 on all orders placed.* 

For the United States based customers:
Order processing occurs approximately 1-4 days after purchase. Once your item(s) have shipped, you will receive an email from us containing tracking information. Delivery typically takes 1-4 weeks after your item ships.

For International Orders:
Order processing will occur approximately 1-4 days after purchase. Once your item(s) have shipped, you will receive an email from us containing tracking information. Delivery typically takes 2-4 weeks after your item ships.

What are your shipping fees?
For our clients residing in the United States: $4.95 per shipment or FREE shipping with an order value of $45.00 and above.  We do offer FREE shipping promotions from time to time.

For our clients living in international locations: International orders: Flat Rate shipping. Orders 0-$50 have a flat rate fee of $10 (regardless of item count). Orders over $50 have a $20 flat rate shipping fee of $20. International customers are responsible for any additional customs fees that incur with your country's policies.

Can I replace the lens on your sunglasses with prescription lenses?                Yes, absolutely!  Many of our clients choose to get prescription lenses for their Society Eyewear sunglasses.  


What are the dimensions of your sunglasses?                                                       All dimensions for sunglasses are listed on the individual product pages under the tab "details".  

Where are your products from?
In order to pass a significant saving to our customers, all of our current suppliers are located in Asia. In fact, we ship directly from our manufacturers, therefore, cutting out the middleman.

Do your sunglasses come with a case?
In order to keep our prices competitive, the majority of our sunglasses do not come with a case. We do our very best to indicate that on each product page. Additionally, we also carry cases for your sunglasses should you need them.

How can I track my order?
You can track your shipment here. After your order processes, we will send you an email notification of shipping along with the tracking number as soon as it becomes available from our manufacturers.

What is your return policy?
We firmly stand behind the quality of our eyewear, but we do realize that sometimes it's not a fit. Our goal is to make doing business with us as simple as possible, as such we allow returns up to 30 days from the receipt of your order. Please see refund policy page for more information.

I didn't receive all of my items.

No need to worry; your items will ship separately at no additional cost. Each item will ship with its associated tracking number so that you can be kept informed of the order status.
